Chaos Daemon and Animate Dead Spell

I was killing efreets and using the animate dead spell on their corpses....usually I will summon a wailing banshee, then randomly I summoned a chaos daemon...

Anyone have any info on them summoning? Looking at the stickied post about animate dead and Chaos Daemon's are not listed.
