Changing your email with UO acct help!

Can someone please tell me how to change my email addy for my uo acct? They have made this an absolute nightmare trying to locate. I tried the origin thing to no avail. I assume since they are broadsword now it wont work. Is there a site that im just missing or must i actually have to email support and have them change it? Thanks in advance.

take your cursor place it over my account menu shows click on private setting
a window pops up where you put in your email, and password
once your logged in left side you will see about me click on that then you will see basic information edit
click edit and you should be able to change your email
