Changing the Splash Screen

EC all the way (good job devs)

I dont care for the SA splash screen- Gargy Gianthands and Bumpy Forheadman gives me the creeps. Does anyone know where that file lives and what it is called. I want to retire it.

Interface.uop you are maybe able to change it sorry no help here from my side how to modify uops.

Interesting. I'm not a tremendous fan of that screen either.

On a related note, is there any way to change particular sounds? I really hate the horrid, scratchy backpack sounds, especially when opening multiple bags or dragging things. I don't like playing with sound off so if I could mod that myself I'd do it.
