Change to MIBs below 80

I have had two fishers on fishing since the patch. Prior to patch they would pull MIBs at 79.9 skill. There have been no MIBs pulled up by either fisher after fishing for hours since the patch. Anyone else notice this?

You locked the skill so you could fish endless hours and have the mibs appear in your pack instead of being on serpents? Evil you!

My guess it you were only out of luck. As far as i know only TC has publish 70, so nothing on the other shards should have changed yet.

Well, after hours of fishing, still no MIBs. This can not just be RNG. Different fishers on different accounts have the same thing happening. No MIBs pulled up while fishing at 79.9 skill. Luck on one fisher 1200.
