Change Royal Gard Leader?

How can i change Royal Gard leader? some one tell me there is a quest for it but i don't know were i can star ti. some one know something usefull for this?

Some one know were can i reache a quest list and of lineage 2 and about?

Go to grant master with clan leader. Click clan and than Royal guard. No quest is needed.
