Champ spawns and twinkles

Is there a list of twinkles and their destinations around the champ regions. I went through the wrong one and had to use Im stuck in the help menu to get back to my group. Ice west. Or was it east Lol anyhow any info on the twinkels and the ways to navigate them would be great!
