Chairs in build under windows

I have a bunch of chairs in my build under the windows. When I try to place them they are white. I cant move them either. When I leave my property and come back they are gone. They also have no charge for them. Anyone?

This is a bug that has been around for a while now. They should be CC chairs and are not intended to be in the build mode. Many people are saying its happening to them also.
