Chain bombarding Navrey?

Could someone please give me a hint about a special spell?
I've been at Navrey lair with my Dragon and things went pretty well. Then a spellcaster came in and suddenly a chain of 10-15 boulders came down on Navrey, making substantial damage (each about 100 - 150) - unfortunately on my dragon too. It was down immediately.

So:
- what's that spell? graphics were like Bombard, but they were much too fast in a row
- I asked the caster about it and he said "Explosion" + Slayer Book. Completely different animation but if so: are there different spell animations when you are using a Slayer Book?
- why the huge collateral damage on my dragon if he was using Spider Slayer?

I tried the search option and checked the corresponding spell pages at Stratics main and on UOGuide but found nothing.

Not a spell, is a mechanic of the room that navery spawns in.

willing to bet that would be the rock slide thing, 150 sounds kinda light for rock slide damage but then again they change it like every/every other patch it seems......

Oh yes the column thing, right? Never saw this in action. Impressive. Didn't know it could hurt player pets too. Good to know.

Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. Helps a lot.

as of last time i was there (few months ago) the rockslide damage doesn't seem to be credited towards any player.

so take 2 ungrouped players doing damage to navery and then one of you activates the rocks. the rocks help navery die faster but you would both have to wait for the corpse to go public before you could see all the items.

something to be aware of.. make sure to keep clicking the corpse when it goes public.

i found this out when i was testing navery on a ninja/sampire/wraith build and died a couple times. he looted my pots but they were not on his corpse. when his corpse went public, presto there were my pots in his "hidden" backpack.

hope this makes sense...

Yeah I like using the columns. It definitely clears out the greedy tamers and sampires lol.
