Catskills Rune Library

Good day!

Are there some updated and well-established rune libraries in Catskills that folks can share here? I'd like to build my own but want to see what others have done and visit them myself.

The first two that come to mind are Luna Library, it is close to the northwest corner in the city of Luna, the other is his north of the pier in Zento.
