cats server maintance

is there any chance that cats server maintance can be reset to the 5am-530
time frame again. ever since the time change it is going down between 6am-630 am .

I have no idea what time the servers run on, But I think it might be GMT, Which doesn't change at Summer or Winter, So you might be stuck with 6am.

I think they run on california time or texas time.
