I don't think you will find one on Chessy in Tram or Fel though you may get lucky and find a keep sized spot in Fel.
I have searched pretty much every available spot in Chesapeake Fel and Tram. there ARE some Keep spots in fel, none in tram. best bet is Large Tower on both facets. or buddy up with a neighbor that you trust and consolidate plots into a Castle (but good luck with that lol )
