The front "iceskating field" is un obstructed, and contains a small pond for scenic picnics, with the possibility to spot an ice bear!
No murderous villains lurk, as this beaty is located in trammel.
Practicly on the same screen, there is a dirt road for conveniant travel to the horrors of decite, and the spawn is extremly low on location, imagine that, on Iceisland!
Allthough you may be visited by the odd troll or orc camp (rare).
The cortyard have no trouble from being infested by polarbears or rats, and the doors have recently been oiled.
