Castle not refreshing, need help

So I placed an 18X18 in Malas to move all of my junk from the Tram castle
I'm selling because a proposed buyer who will remain nameless was sure they
wanted it but backed out on me at the last minute. I thought fine I'll drop the
house, move the stuff back, no real harm done.
Problem: I find the castle is not refreshing and has remained condemned!
What do I need to do to get it to refresh?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I know this isn't going to be the answer you want to hear, but unless something has changed recently there is no way to un-condemn a house that has been condemned in this manner aside from trading it to another account.

Under normal circumstances I would suggest to drop it with the "resize" command and place it again but I've heard a number of folks on UHall recently saying they've had trouble with the placement timers while doing this...

Your best bet is probably swapping it off to a trusted friend (another account of yours would be ideal but considering you're in this scenario I'm guessing this is your only one.)

Kri is correct in that no matter what you do with the new house it will not un-condem the old house. Best bet is to transfer the castle to another account or to someone that you trust that doesn't have a house on their account. Not sure about if there is any wait times or restrictions on demolishing the old location and replacing since you just placed the new house in Malas. I know there is or was a limit on being able to place a house for 7 days (I believe) after placing a house. You might post on the housing forum. You can always try selling the Castle real quick if the price and location is decent.

I really don't want to have to clear this thing out and place it again..
