Tried ICQ'ing you but no response yet; as mentioned there, you'd be best advised putting the buy out price you'd accept for a fast trade, as castles are always going to be in demand and someone is bound to be able to meet it. I'd like it too, but almost certainly can't afford one yet, and without a formal structure all any of us can do is throw our own figures at you...
