uhhh huhhh ... Baja?
Confirmed on Origin(internal AND external walls)
and Siege(external only non faction) too ... So
Not prepping for siding/tapistries ...
Maybe Grimm needed ~~ something to de-fluff the sheeps ...
nnnnnnnn nah ...statics vs mobiles ... not likely ... (fluffy sheep still present ... meh!)
mmmmmmm ... *shrugs*
Prep for the inbound graphics update ... possibly (though not "apparent")
Those were "unique" in some fashion/manner/dating/codeing
It's an interesting tidbit. Lots of dungeons underwent less than perfect transformations as the world began to change to accommodate KR terrain art. Could be a similar symptom.
Grimm?
It looks like a placeholder graphic or blank to me. I know some of the tilesets have duplicate pieces. Maybe they were trying to clear some of the duplicates out, but in the process the above happened. Or maybe it's a baby wall and it will grow up into a real wall with an actual texture. =P
Maybe there's a plan to have the castle start showing its age. Large cracks will appear and stones will fall out of place. The Britannian government will put out a plea for funds to repair the castle and we will comply by "donating" gold, valuables, and tons of other salvageable items in the cleanup event. The gargoyles and elves will even lend a hand with accepting donations.
Perhaps on the Fel side, things will get so bad that the True Britannians will need a new stronghold.
much like the unintended sheep art change these are surely a bug/glitch having to do with the graphic update. as I explained on another post it seems they are slipping in the updated graphics and a few items are gettin screwy before its turned on.
It's probably safe to just say it's like this on all shards, because those walls are saved in the basic map file on the computer, which is the same for all the shards you could possibly try.
