Casting Speeds?

Does anyone have the casting speed formulas and spell levels for the warrior based skills?

I am interested in ninjitsu, chivalry, and bushido spells.

I'm trying to figure out how much fc/fcr I would need to sucessfully use mirror images, how fast I can cast confidence, and also how fast my chiv cure/heal/remove curse spells will be.

I used to have the formula for chiv spells as well as the level of each spell, but I can't find it anymore.

Chivalry, Bushido & Ninjitsu can benefit from up to 4/6 FC/FCR.

I know that they CAN benefit from up to 4/6, but I want to know specific spell speeds.

Ex: I know that divine fury cannot benefit above 3fc, maybe even 2fc.

The formula for chivalry spells has a limit of either .25 seconds or .5 seconds, which is reached on many spells before the 4fc.

I am looking for this type of info on each particular skill.
