My skill is 99.5 . Everytime I make a map (world map, local map, etc..) it immediately becomes indecipherable and says I can't read the ruined map - I believe my success chance is supposed to be 100% for these. Anyone know what is going on?

Answered my own question - it appears to be a problem with trying to make a map in the Tokuno Islands.
