Cartography help

I've been raising cartography. I simple buy maps and make them.
Now i'm stuck at 99.5. There's something wrong? How can i raise it to 100?
I've no GGS. it's strange, isn't it?

Its hard coded so that you HAVE to get the last .5 from decoding treasure maps. Some argue that you have to do all level 4 maps. I believe you can gain on level 2 to level 4 maps though.

Seems to work better with level 4 maps, just do your daily GGS using new maps

Ok, i used the GGS on the normal map.

Was it lock picking they had problems with? humm nope was Cartography help they were asking for. By now they have found enough level 4 maps to secure that last few pts in GGS to GM the skill. Congrats!
