Cartographer problem

I have been using UOCart with no problems until today. When I try to start it up it give me a box saying Fatal Error, Can't open Facet files. Makes sure the facet.xml is the same directory with UoCartographer. So I checked it, yea it is there, ok should work, nope. So I removed the program and download it again, still doing the same thing. I used this yesterday with no problem. Any help would be great.

Anyone can have the same problem by just renaming the facets.xml file inside the program directory or clearing its contents. So either it searches the file somewhere else, the file is corrupted or it has no permission to access it.

Have you tried to run the program as admin?

I have XP on my machine and use CC with UOA and I have log in with uoa.

I checked to make sure the file is in the program file. I checked on my other computer to make sure it downloaded in the correct place, reinstalled it a couple of times and it still gives me the same message.
