Carpet Question

I understand there is a carpet vendor over in Ter Mur. I nknow about the quest, etc...but I question how to use the carpets.

Can you create any size / dimension carpet?
How much does it cost to create or buy?
Can I use the carpet in a castle? (Won a castle last night at a guild meeting, I love my guild!)
Is there anywhere that shows what colors / combinations are available?

much appreciated Amber and Caelas. I was 'organizing' the other day and forgot to lock down one of the edge trim pieces of my carpet, now I know where to go...
