Carpentry runic saws

Okay, I can't seem to find it using search so here goes......
I'm trying to get runic saws for my GM Carpenter. I know that heartwood npc's give them as quest rewards but does Sleen give them for the footstool quest she offers? I believe she might for the stop harping on me quest but will she give them for that other quest? i'm just trying to maximize how much wood i use and foot stools use less so thats why i'm asking.

Thank you i was getting worried that maybe she was the wrong one because I have yet to receive any runics from her. True, I know that getting them takes time but i've burned quite a few stools and nothing but recipes and gear. So I grew curiousand figured I'd ask.

Yay!! No sooner that I ask the question I get a Yew Runic saw! Ty for your answer though Basara. It meant alot. Now I just need to decide on if i should make a bokuto with it or some other weapon? What weapon sells well?

I think, I've burnt mine on fishing poles. Those dont sell well but if you use frostwood (additionally sc, -1 on each pole) you can end up with a very nice fishing pole for your fisher.

(Actually if you are going for gold, it probably would be wiser to sell the runic. Prices vary depending on your shard.)
