Hello

Its been ages since the Orange Card Round of the LavaLamp Game finished, and the cards were handed out.
Has anyone else still not gotten their completion card?
Twice EA deleted my red card, but still no Orange Card

They left my Target Card Yellow 39-I had the dot cards adding upto 39 in my inventory, they have gone and still no completion card?
I have emailed Ea/whoever, over a week ago I beleive, but no reply..

Im not paying $10, Im actually paying nearly $20, since I am in the UK, and we get charged more here.
Anyone else not gotten their cards? If they have gotten them eventually, how did you get it resolved?

Nope, they took all my cards, returned my red completion card but I have NOTHING from the orange game. I emailed as well. I have heard nothing back.

Ok, you might not hear back, but if you report it they will eventually get to it, and have a record of it in the future.

Qute Pi, yep, I emailed that address last week, the 2nd April.
Any problems Ive had before, there were none for me, but if I dont get this Orange card, I wont get anymore, huh?
If so, thats unfair, because I went everywhere looking, buying and trading my cards, for nothing

You will still get the following colors if you complete the games that go with them, when they introduce them.
And if you are entitled to an orange card, sent the email reporting it, and don't get it by the time we get to the color purple, that is when you should worry.

They have so much going on, but I do know they keep record of the reports sent to that email.

And Im sure Im entitled to the card, because, I went round, bought,traded cards. I checked 5 times to make sure my cards added up to 39.
If I wasnt, why would they have left my target card behind?

I had problems at the start of the orange game. Emailed the team (at the address in the post, above).
It took a little more than a week for them to fix the issue. But they did.
I didn't get a reply. They just eventually fixed it in the game.
It takes them awhile to get around to everyones fixes, but I wouldn't panic, unless we get to the purple round and you still don't have it. Just keep copies of your sent emails as proof.

Never hurts to send a reminder email after a week or so.

I reported it and Lee said he would take care of it. Nothing happened.
I reported again about a week later. No reply.
That was... what?... about 2 weeks ago.

I guess I'll try again.

Well as long as you reported the details you should be ok when the time comes, they will have the email.

Thing is if they didn't take your target card, maybe that is why you didn't get an orange completion card, almost like they didn't know you finished that color puzzle...

I'm sure they will not want to hear about 50 people not getting a color after the lava lamps are issued, that wouldn't make sense. I believe they will take care of this before the end of the color games.

the same thing happened to me!
i had the target card of 39, and i got all the dot cards to add up (counted several times). i completed it when the game first started. i also did my sisters at the same time.
i got a msg from ea saying they deleted my red card 2 times, which i now have.
but, i dont have the orange completed card. i just have the target card. my sister got her's! i sent them an email a couple weeks ago, no reply yet, and nothing changed in the game yet.

well its been 3 weeks since the last reply, and nothing has happened in my inventory yet. No more cards of which Im due :|
Anyone else got their cards yet?

The next phase of the Lava Lamp contest has not started. When it is it will be announced on the Blog.

One of my target cards disappeared and I reported it 3 times. Wasn't expecting a response back but just wanted to make it didnt get lost in the 'Black Hole in Email City'. My understanding is that they have a record of it so i'm not too worried.

I'm even wondering if we are still playing that game. Somethign is up for sure. No posts, no cards, no amnesty info released, no town hall. Think about it. Something is going on over there and we are not being told what. Might wanna start looking for another game. 8(

My guess is either the game is kaput, or they ran out of ideas for the next rounds. I'd like to think they have finally figured out that trying to juggle 60 projects at once does not work well for this game and are just focusing on amnesty or something.

Things just seem to disappear after being announced and started anyway- like the currency rename thing. The vote got cancelled, and nothing has been heard about it since.

Meh...They should just give everyone fully colored lava lamps...no matter how hard those games progress, it will never be hard enough for somebody NOT to get their goal for the round.
