I'm a returning player--an absence of many years--and returned to my old profession of fishing to find MANY new things. :) I purchased myself some new gear, among which was the Captain's wheel. I assumed this new instrument could be placed aboard my ship on one of the deed pads, but when I try, it explains that I must be in a HOUSE that I own. Now whatever good would what is essentially a sextant be in my house? What's going on here?

It is just house deco... as to the sextant part - who knows? it is functional though... It works well for a pirate or nautical themed tavern.
