Cap on Wod?

I have been adding sdi to my template every way I know how for the last few months. Using every buff and arti I could find including every artifact, grapes of wrath, sdi fishsteaks, bard masterys, reaperform, arcane inpowerment, shame 18sdi jewery and 30sdi spellbook I maxed out at 963 on word of death.

Today I found one more thing to try and hit my new max of 1064, but a friend of mine with less sdi was able to use the same thing and hit the same 1064 damage.

Did you both have the same amount of Arcane focus? I'm assuming you did as my guess is you probably did the Arcane circle together but worth asking anyway.

He copied my suit but didn't include the ranger's cloak of aug and only has 12 sdi on his jewery and doesn't have inscription. Yea I never use the char unless I have at least a 6 focus.

Same Eval Int skill and roughly the same Int stats too ?

Yea he is 150 int with items just like I am and his template is necro/spellweaving/mage while I use mystic/spellweaving/mage he has resisting spells while I have inscription and I had someone else use the fallen mystic spellbook while casting wod he went from 384 to 769 on the dark father. I am still testing to see if the fallen mystic spellbook doubles wod on other bosses.

Yea I need to test evil omen or someone doing disco and see if that has any effect also.
