cant trade cash why?

hey all today i was trying to give my main sim kirk cash i made on home bonus at The pub and couldnt. anyone else haveing this problem with 2nd account? or other sims?I could trade objects but no cash...had to use tip jars if this was a change made by EA and not just a glitch of the day its a bad bad change lol.

I just went and tested it for you and I am not having this problem.

I had someone give me money yesterday (that was leaving the game) and it worked just fine.
