Can't Reactivate Account

It's not letting me reactivate my account on the Account Management Page. Everytime i get through the process, at the end it says...

Wtf?

Welcome to the wonderful account management page.

What I've ended up doing when that happens is purchasing a game time code and using that.

And yes, it's incredibly annoying.

Weird changes is why I haven't been able to renew. My master account name keeps having random numbers added to it. Months of support tickets didn't help.

Wow. That's insane. I would think you could fast track that. But we all know how EA is. Forbes worst company ever for 2 years running lol.

This is true. I know Broadsword was working to sidestep Origin on some things, like code generation (or something). Maybe they can somehow restore sanity to this process.

maybe give us back the old pages, which worked just fine thankyouverymuch, and cut EA a check each month for their share since what they want is the money and none of the responsibility

I'll say on the sidestep! Origin and Steam, I assumed, would be "bitter enemies" of sorts. Broadsword seems to be playing both sides of the street. Broadsword/Mythic/Origin/EA how can that not be a mess? And they all seem to control different aspects of everything. We do billing, we do support, we do development... lol. So what's it like when Broadsword needs help from Origin? "So how's that Steam thing coming along?" lol I honestly don't see how it couldn't be fracked up lol. If all that worked smoothly it would be amazing.

Ok let's work this out.. everytime I got that message it turned out to be the CC was not excepted. Which means your card has been flaged.
You need to go to the Origin store and get a time code... if you cant buy one from there.. use the contact us option and tell them to esclate it to teir 2 and you need yourCC "Whited Out" Your cc I bet has been flagged, there fore the system wont take it. And no it wont go away.
Anal Retentive EA has big issues with its fear of fraud...
