Can't log in to Chesapeake

Everytime I try to log onto Chesapeake, it tells me that I can't because a character transfer is in progress. It's said that for over month now.

It's not a huge deal because it's not my home shard, but I'd like to be able to access it. I've paged a GM about 5 times. Canned responses all 5 times.

Anyone else have a similar probelm trying to log in to a shard and getting that message? I'm just wondering who I should contact to get this fixed.

That's the stange part. I have never transfered to or from Chesapeake. I'll send out an email and hope for the best.
