cant imbue or rip up fishing poles?

i found it kinda odd that you cant unravel or imbue fishing poles.

i just assumed we would be able too.

you can make them with runics and special wood.
they can be exceptional.
then can have like 5 mods on them.

all the same as weapons.

my fisher was looking forward to my imbuer adding some SDI and LMC to his fishing pole that is SC with no -1 and has FCR 2 on it.

I think they're more like spellbooks, tho.
