Hey guys, I posted ealier about a mousewheel issue...fixed. But anyway I cant get the EC to display spells. Like no fireballs, lighting bolts...nothing. Only way I know a spell has went off is from the words of power...so needless to say I have no idea what NPCs are doing. I have a radeon 4350 card with 512 ddr2 ram so that shouldnt be an issue. Drivers are also up to date. I've played with the particle filter to no avail. Any idea as to whats going on?

I have had the same issue since day one...NOt one response on how to fix it.
user settings -> particle detail High -> Particle filter All ->Apply
