My EC was installed and functioning a few months ago - but I stayed with the CC and haven't run the EC since. Today I tried to run it and can't get past the error in the pic below:

And NO, my internet connection is just fine thank you.... Help pls....

Finally remembered that I needed to change permissions on the patch folder, that I had set long ago... Thanks Pinco
