Can't find answer on UOHerald

I did look and did search on the forums here, but does anyone
know if any of the new Vet rewards are account bound or can they be
placed and/or used by anyone of the appropriate age. I know the red
soulstones are account bound, but not sure of any others.

None of the others are account bound, but placement of the other rewards requires the appropriate age, for the most part. Ethereals require the right age, but use of the other non-deed-form reward varies by type (commodity box, dye tubs, the new ankh, etc.)
