Can't Copy Character..

I am a returning VET and wanted to play on TC and X-Fer a character as someone told me about. It will not let me X-Fer a character..


Do I need the newest expansion to be able to X-Fer? I do not have the SA Expansion.

When I go to select a shard to transfer to, it shows TC, but it is grayed out and does not allow me to choose it.

Added Info:

It gives me the prompt that I need to be in Inn/House and that I need to be off my mount, which I am. It will give me the first Gump and soon as it gives the server list, thats when it shows TC Grayed out. It does not give me the option to choose it at all.

Well, today it magically worked.

yay! Seems they must have been doing something on test that made it unavailable to transfer to.

Can't copy my character to TC 1 from Drachenfels. Can't test Pub 78.
My Characters from TC1 where wiped .

I am in the same situation. The TC1 was wiped and when I try to copy a Catskill character TC is grayed out.

Was unable to copy from a friended house and the house the character actually owns. Went to the Fel Moonglow Inn and was able to complete copy. To possibly add insult, when I logged into TC1 I immediately got a server going down for a quick reboot message. Will have to see if copy will have to be repeated.
