Can't Connect [Problem Communicating with Origin]

This is new, it worked fine at 4 am EST, now I can't connect properly. I live on the east coast.

Well others on my shard are getting in but not me still so i went to the patch probs as advertised and this is what i got

I get an error every time I try to patch up. After the error I try to connect and get the typical "There is some problem communicating with Origin, please restart Ultima Online and try again."
