Are we not supposed to be able to transfer to baja shard? I saw in a UO post that Baja, Izumo, and Origin transfers were being disabled back in march of this year until the release of rising tides. Hasn't that been released though? How come we still cant transfer to baja?

Cannot transfer to Baja shard?

Because those 3 shards received the full patch already and you cant transfer until the patch is released on all shards.
You cannot transfer between shards with different patch level.
You have to wait for ww publish. There is no other fix.
