Cannot go to Robot Factory in TC3; told for Subscribers Only

I have a paid account, and I cannot go to the robot factory in TC3. I'm getting a message stating that it's for Subscribers Only. This morning, I had no trouble going.

I don't know if this is tied to all the server issues, but I figured you may want to know that this is a problem.

Had that bug a couple of weeks ago. Might want to email bug report again.
