Cancelling Account

Hello,

I reactivated my account to take a look around Britannia. I am now trying to cancel my subscription and the option isn't available. My current subscription shows an end date and my subscription is labeled as "1-month subscription" not "recurring subscription." Would anyone know if this is why the cancel option is not available to me?

i only run gametime so unsure if it varies using credit card, with the new account management, but i cannot find a way to cancel an account either.

I would call it an oversight on mythic's behalf. maybe thier way of saying they want you to stay? j/k

In U-Hall, multiple persons have indicated you need to call CS

I'm pretty sure that its illegal not to give an option to remove billing information. In the UK it is thats for sure.. Hmm

Since the update, they've now added a cancel subscription button!
