Can you still train skills on Tinkered Golems ?

Can you still use a Tinkered Golem to train skills ? I thought I read somewhere where they made it so you couldn't for some reason. But recently I seen someone in Luna training with Golem. Did they change something and now allow you to train skills again using a Golem ?

Yes you can. The golem takes more damage now, if I remember correctly, but they still work.
