Can you still gain Bane Chosen loyalty now?

I'm an enemy of them, and I went to do Slasher and the hell hounds are just so annoying to deal with. At -2000 Bane Chosen loyalty, so I'd like to get rid of that.

No, you can't gain loyalty with them. The hellhounds would still attack you anyway since they are normally aggressive.
