Why don't you go public about the guidelines and exactly what you did in deciding to ban people? Why are you guys keeping it locked up and hidden away?
Answer me this.
Can you say for 100% certainty that you did not ban people that have never duped an item.
Can you truthfully say that there were no "innocents" involved?
I understand the need to get rid of dupers, but you removed a lot of good honest players in the process. This is not something to celebrate.
