Can you identify these map area locations?

Can anyone identify these two map areas?
(both images are the same areas, the second image is just 'zoomed in')

They are probably just some places I've yet to explore.
I do not seem to be able to find reference to where they are, yet ~

They are unused dungeon levels.

The lower right area of the right selection has been used by EMs on GL a few times, it feels like it should've been part of Hythloth or Deceit.

The upper left area of the right selection looks like the mine (alleged newbie dungeon) in New Haven.

As Dot said, they're really just used for EM Events. I actually still have characters logged out in one of those spots on a couple shards.
