Can you get an account back is someone does an account transfer to another person?

if someone steals my account and that happens, will UO help me get it back?

Sorry for your loss. How did it happen? When the transfer service first came out, I tried to have an account transferred to me, but EA wouldn't process it. It turns out that the other person was not the original account holder and said it was given to him by a friend. Because EA didn't have the consent of the rightful account holder, they wouldn't transfer it. So maybe your account falls under that protection. If however you signed the transfer form, I don't know how much recourse you have.

And if the new ower have paid 30 day, you can't reclaim it anymore now.
It's writted in the EA faq account.

so how do they get consent of the owner? can't you just change the email and transfer? do they email you the consent form?

i didn'ty sign it, the guy just did it and i had no idea about it until it was toooooo late
