Can we please get this friggin fixed already

Using Enhanced client its very hard to get off of the boats, if your dead your pretty much screwed, normaly i just teleport to land. but doin a traders quest just now that i got in jhelom would not allow me to teleport, i finaly gave up tryin to find a place to get off the boat and canceled the quest. this has been an issue for a long time, and i have seen other posts in the past along the same lines, so why cant this get fixed?

uhh no this has nothing to do with spells im referring to be able to get off of a boat using enhanced client

the old boats where you walk the plank or new boats where you click the rope?

Hmmmmm I've had no issues getting off the old style boats or the high seas double click rope ones.

the old boats where you have to walk the plank, unless you can find a place on shore where you can get the boat close for the plank to lay on the the flat surface of the shoreline you cant get off, unless you teleport, but if your doin a traders quest it wont let you teleport

Set "Always Run" and "Pathfinding" Makes it easier to get off.

Yes remember to walk off and not run.

Usually, I just make sure that the plank is directed towards land (even if it is 7 to 10 tiles away), lay it down and walk on it towards land. It will get you "teleported" to land.
Unless Trader's quest screws that bit too, like it does with Skara's ferry boat.

I was having that difficulty on old school boats but since I swapped for a britain ship no more troubles. The rope works fine for me.
