Can we get an update on the lag situation?

Been a while and no update. Personally I'm wearing a little thin, and I won't keep paying for something there is a severe problem with that I can't even use.

Before anyone says anything, I did my part and sent EA the trace routes they asked for, as did hundreds of others I assume, and we haven't even gotten a statement. At this point I don't think a 'We're looking into the issue' would work for most people.

haven't heard a peep from them.

Apparently they can't locate the problem.

Some info would be nice before too many people start making up answers.

I think alot of questions have already been solved. Several I know are in the process of cleaning out thier accounts, no sense in paying if you can't play!
I myself, can hardly move in the time frame in which I play. Pointless for me to renew when the time is up either.
Hopefully for all of you, it gets fixed soon or I feel several will be right behind us.
