There is a large group of active players, aka paying customers with multiple accounts, that would like to have a change of EM. Please set aside all of the politics and corporate blah blah blah and kindly replace EM Dudley.

Yes I totally agree, we bust our azz to solve stupid puzzles, do all his stupid events that never give us anything in return. I think its past time we get a new EM to replace THE DUD!! I have several accounts and seriously thinking of closing them.the events are a long drawn out time consuming ordeal for NOTHING. Good Luck with us paying customers sticking around much longer if things don't change. a very frustrated PAYING Customer

I know for a fact many shards would like an EM... Just saying.

If you have issues with a specific employee of EA and in particular a GM or EM that is not allowed to post on general forums here on Stratics, then take it to EA feedback.
