Can This Be Right?

I put my dread warhorse into the pet power calc and only got 2.4, 2.7 with skills. I can only guess I got that low of a rating cause some of it's resist are low.

i dont care about this calculator at all, it says really nothing about pets strenght or quality ... its nothing confirmed by the dev ... its just the opinion form a single player how a strong pet should look like

there is a calculator already, developed by the dev ..... its named barding difficulty ... the higher the stronger, quite simple

for example version a: you have a greater dragon with minimum resist in poison but all other stats are over 90% ... you will still get a bad rating because of the poison point ... do you really think poison resist is that much important to make this dragon a bad one?

then you have another gdragon, version b: with perfect posion resist but some of the others more important stats like phy res or hp are lower, which gives you the same rating like version a

so what do you think is the better version? they have both same rating ... do you really believe they would be same strong?

forget this calculator, imho

Personally I only check what are min-max, then I seek for a pet near max HP (particularily if it has a breath attack) and for the resist I'm looking for above average resists and the nearest max resist possible for the creature's weakness (like cold for dragon). That's for hunter pets.
For fun pets, I try to find the best resists possible, and the best HP/Strenght ratio, so I know they'll have more HP when they'll reach 125 Str.

Also the note on the skills is obviously useless for pets with skills under 100.

In conclusion the calculator isn't really to give a note on the power of your pet, but rather a percentage of max stats you got. That's how I read it.

The reason Dreads' power ratings are typically so low is because their max stats and resists are low anyway.

Punch in a maxed out dread and see what the rating is.
