can someone turn the sot drop back on in fell

last week i got about 75 or so sot drops this week doing the same spawns i have got 5 :thumbdown: anyone know if they change the drop rate ? this is in fell if that helps and also for some dumb reason i have got like 3 times the virtue drop than last week :thumbdown:

Ol' RNG is all, do spawns all time also & get squat on SOT's. Know a cpl others that get them like there is no end. So go Figure, it's all the RNG :rant2: :thumbdown:
