Not on about all the missing stuff, or the 'coming soon' material that never appears - this is far more fundamental since it affects the experience of potential new players, and therefore money.... so you'd hope it might get looked at and fixed.

But if only they know better, they would go to the 'Ultima Online Client Downloads' page, where they get directed to - UOClassic Setup 7.0.15.1.exe
Similar applies to the Enhanced client- and it's just shoddy. Someone wanting to try the 'free trial' gets to spend as long again patching an outdated client up to something playable as they do downloading it, but the newer version of the client is already on the site - just someone 'forgot' to keep it all organised and up to date, as usual....
