Can they use soulstones?

Can Reds USE SOULSTONES?

Don't know why they wouldn't be able to.... Stones only look at Acct (Bound) that I know of. Fame/Karma/Red/Blue don't make a diff that I know of

IF reds could not use soul stones there would be a lot of ticked of EA UO customers on SIEGE all screaming about it !
THEY USE EM many of them..well they're reds one way or another soo if THEY can use em so can any red anywhere. They sold those too, they never printed BLUES ONLY on those expansions and buy more of em now set ups, or if they had be an outrage then if only blues were entitled to utilise soulstones.

Well couldnt you take you swap you red charactures skill with a blue characture to participate in events. I know we have threads discussing that.
But could soustones really allow you to
Stone all your reds skills
Delete red characture
Make blue characture with SAME NAME
Stone all the skill back on your blue characture with same name
And now you are blue.
Is this possible?

If you ignore the fact that anyone who pvps has skills over 100 yes.
The reason reds going to events is bought up isn't because reds want 'poor defenseless' blues to kill it's because other events have taken place both sides so why not this one. The candle of love/alacrity scrolls was both sides.
All the anti red posts are pointless. ANYONE can have both blue and reds on their account so there is no need for three threads of [censored] discussion.

Theoretically possible, but a pain in the neck and probably expensive to boot:
Would need a week or so to move the skills if you wanted to do it with just one soulstone, or buy a bunch of full soulstones and fragments if you wanted to do it faster.
Stats on the newly made blue character would be very low and would require some work and more soulstoning and maybe flushing of skills gained temporarily to get them where you want them.
Would have toinvest in a new set of power and stat scrolls.
Would have to redo spellweaving quests if spellweaving was a quest the red character completed and you wanted it on the blue character.
Would lose any credit worked up on virtues.
Would lose any points piled up in the library, museum, or zoo.
Would lose tithing points.
Would have to acquire new pets or rebond pets from the red character (and use a friend or second account to get them transferred).
Would have to be made a friend or co-owner again on houses.
Would need to convince guild leader/emissaries new blue character is really yours and be guilded.
Couldn't join factions for 30 days with the blue character, if you were in it on the red character.
So yeah, it's doable Raven, but certainly nothing you could do instantaneously and on the spur of the moment.
