i believe tinkers make nunchaku, but can nunchaku be enhanced? and if so, would that be with a carpenter, or a tinker? i'm old school, and just interested in "enhancing" not imbuing, or any of the other fancy new stuff

Try Wood if metal don't work.
i would want to enhance it to just improve on whatever i can get most bang for the buck. i just don't know if a carpenter, blacksmith or tinker would be the one to enhance it..... and thats IF they can be enhanced?
Tinkers can make them and enhance them with metal
