Can not connect to UO

For about 4 days now I've been recieving the same message when I attempt to log in

"there is some problem communicating with origin. please restart ultima online and try again."

I've restarted uo, and my computer and always to no avail....

any help....please?

Net logical step in my mind is reinstall. and be sure it is with a current install. (IE- something like off the 9th anny disks or the trial off their website)

other things that come to mind are changes in firewall settings, running a virus/spyware scan just in case. If you have the option, try logging in with KR. I know sometimes when i couldnt get in with 2d i could with KR and vice versa.

Haven't had this problem until just now. My husband and I are now getting the same message, as of about 5 minutes ago. Having someone page a gm in game, dont' expect much from that.

Just maybe 2 minutes ago I started having an issue and I can't login. It's hanging at "Verifying Account..."

Perhaps there is a global issue??

EA/Mythic very rarely acknowledges this type of problem in UO.

It's not fixed for me. I never have connection problems but I logged out about 15 minutes ago and couldn't get back on with either the Mondain's Legacy (2d) or Kingdom Reborn (3d) clients.

I start the app, get past the patch server and am prompted for login and password. Once entered I hit connect or next. Application sits for a bit and then I get the following error:

There is some problem communicating with Origin. Please restart Ultima Online and try again.

Looks to me like the login server is having some issues.

just got a blessing for mel and out i go and cant get back in game. does anyone know if i will lose the blessing from crashing?

You won't but the timer is ticking. If it's the first blessing (and not the 3 part key) it has like 4 hour and 45 minute timer or something.

it's still not fixed. appears that most of the login servers are down. I"ve been trying for 15 minutes to log in as of 3:11 Pacific
